Itinerary

Meal legend:D DinnerB BreakfastL Lunch
Day 1FridayTrogir (Embarkation)D

Individual journey to Trogir. Check-in on board begins at 1:00 pm. Afterwards there is a guided walking tour of Trogir, whose historic old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, taking in the town's history and its most important landmarks. The first night is spent in Trogir.

Day 2SaturdayTrogir to Brac: Milna, then HvarBD

Our first cruise takes us to the island of Brac, famous for the radiant white limestone used in part for the White House in Washington and the Reichstag building in Berlin. On Brac we cycle a panoramic round tour from the harbour town of Milna. Back on board we sail to Stari Grad on the island of Hvar for the night. Approx. 32 km.

Day 3SundayHvar: Stari Grad to Hvar town, then VisBD

Today's ride crosses Hvar from Stari Grad through lavender fields and small villages to the island capital. Hvar town has a magnificent Renaissance square and a view up to the Spanish Fortress high above. There is time for a stroll before boarding for the crossing to Vis, where we spend the night. Approx. 20 km.

Day 4MondayVis to KorculaBLD

Vis is the furthest inhabited island from the mainland. A Greek colony called Issa settled here 2,300 years ago, and its strategic position kept it a closed military zone until 1995. Today we cycle a full circuit of the island from Vis town with a coffee stop in the harbour at Komiza. Afterwards the ship carries us to Vela Luka on Korcula. Approx. 32 km.

Day 5TuesdayKorcula: Vela Luka to Korcula townBLD

A long, spectacular ride the length of Korcula, through a mild Mediterranean landscape that changes constantly, with views over deep blue water to the neighbouring islands. Korcula town competes with Venice for the honour of being Marco Polo's birthplace. A guided city tour covers its history, and the evening is free to wander the fishbone alleyways. Approx. 60 km.

Day 6WednesdayKorcula to MljetBD

A relaxed morning cruise brings us to Pomena on Mljet. With 70 percent of its land under woodland it is the most forested island in the Mediterranean, and Homer made it the home of the nymph Calypso, who kept Odysseus here for seven years. The afternoon ride runs almost the length of the island. We rejoin the ship at Sobra and sail to Sipan for the night. Approx. 33 km.

Day 7ThursdaySipan to DubrovnikBD

Sipan is the largest of the Elaphiti Islands and still small, making it a fine setting for the last ride of the week. Back on board we sail to Dubrovnik, with plenty of time on arrival to explore the UNESCO World Heritage city and join a guided city tour. A celebratory dinner on board closes the week with fellow travellers and guides. Approx. 11 km.

Day 8FridayDubrovnik (Disembarkation)B

One final breakfast onboard. Check-out of your cabin by 9am.
