ITINERARY
7 days from Zagreb, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Zadar, Kastela (Split) and to Dubrovnik


Day 1 : ARRIVE ZAGREB
Arrive at Zagreb airport where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Free time this afternoon to get settled in. Overnight in Zagreb.

Day 2: ZAGREB - PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK (B)
Guided tour of Zagreb with an English-speaking guide this morning. Visit the medieval Upper Town, St. Mark’s church, with its multicolor tiled roof, Parliament, the government palace, cathedral and Ban Jelacic Square. After the sightseeing we proceed to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Spend the afternoon enjoying the oldest National Park in Croatia, also under UNESCO protection. Take a boat ride across the Emerald Lake, soak in the beauty of the 16 lakes connected by waterfalls before travelling to your accommodation for the night. Overnight at Plitvice Lakes.

Day 3: PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK – ZADAR - KASTELA (B)
After breakfast, continue through the mountain region of Lika to Zadar. Visit the unique sea organs, the Roman Forum; St Donat cathedral and spend some time enjoying the town. Later, continue on to Kastela. Overnight in Kastela

Day 4: KASTELA (Optional tour of Trogir) (B)
Free time today to relax and explore the area. Visit the ancient UNESCO city of Trogir. Known as the Venice of Croatia, Trogir is an island town with architecture has been influenced by Greeks; Venetians and Romans. Overnight in Kastela

Day 5: SPLIT (B)
Enjoy a guided tour of the city of Split this morning. This afternoon, wander through the ancient streets and explore the markets. Split is a monument city under UNESCO protection. Here we find an abundance of Roman architecture – of special interest is Diocletian's palace. Overnight in Kastela.

Day 6: KASTELA - DUBROVNIK (B)
Travel to Dubrovnik today. This afternoon, you can anjoy a guided tour of the old city of Dubrovnik. Here you can see the oldest pharmacy in Europe; the city walls; the cathedral. Spend time wandering along the Stradun, enjoying the markets and ancient streets. Overnight in Dubrovnik

Day 7: DUBROVNIK - DEPARTURE (B)
Transfer to the airport in time for your flight home
