ITINERARY:
Arrive anytime during the day, first overnight is in port. Check-in to your cabin from 14.00hrs. If your flight arrives earlier, you may leave your luggage on the ship and come back at 14.00hrs when your cabin is ready. We request that passengers already in Dubrovnik not arrive before 14.00hrs if at all possible, as the Crew are busy with the cabin turnover in the short time they have to be ready for your arrival. If you must arrive earlier, please leave your bags and take a walk around this gorgeous city until 2pm.
Day 1: DUBROVNIK - Embarkation (WD)
Welcome to Croatia! Embarkation officially begins at 14:00hrs, but if your flight arrives earlier you can leave your bags on the boat until your cabin is ready and take a walk around this historic city. If you arrive early in the day, we suggest you head into town and take a walk around Dubrovnik's famous city walls or take the cable car up Srd Mountain for the glorious view. After 2pm you can get settled in your cabin, before joining our walking tour of Dubrovnik around 17:00hrs. Dubrovnik is known as the “Pearl of Adriatic”. Walk through Stradun – both a street and a square, the most famous place inside the town walls, enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage site, where your guide will show you the most interesting sights of Dubrovnik and visit the Franciscan Monastery with its Pharmacy. After returning to ship enjoy a Welcome Reception followed by Dinner onboard this evening. Overnight in Gruz Harbour.

Day 2: to Elaphiti Islands, then SLANO (B, L, T, CD)
Early in the morning enjoy the magic scenery as the ship cruises around Dubrovnik city walls to continue to one of the Elaphiti islands for a swim stop. Afternoon arrival in Slano, a peaceful fishermen’s village and our starting point to Ston, situated on Pelješac Peninsula and once fortified small village famous for its oysters. The Pelješac Peninsula is known as one of the best wine-producing regions in Croatia. After exploring the town, we leave to a small nearby village to enjoy the authentic local oyster tasting. After our return to the ship, tonight we enjoy our Captain’s Dinner onboard. Overnight in Slano.

Day 3: to Mljet NP, then KORČULA (B, L)
In the morning we head north to the Island of Mljet. Join the Cruise Manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park. Continue our cruise towards the Korčula island best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town surrounded by walls, which is one of the best preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. Overnight in Korčula where you can enjoy a gourmet experience at the multiple restaurants and bars.

Day 4: to Bol, then to Hvar with Town Tour; HVAR (B, L)
In the morning, we are sailing towards the island of Hvar, we are cruising along Bol on Brač Island, the most beautiful beach in the entire Mediterranean – “Zlatni Rat” (the Golden Horn), which is constantly changing its shape due to the ocean currents. Along the way to Island of Hvar we take a short break swimming, cooling off and relaxing, if the weather permits. Lunch onboard and set sail for Hvar on the island of Hvar, a charming seaside town with 8 centuries of architecture, and a favorite holiday destination for international celebrities. During a walking tour of Hvar Town, visit many historical sites, such as St Stephen’s Square and Cathedral, the Arsenal with the theatre built on its first floor, the first municipal theatre in Europe. Above the town is the impressive Fortress, Fortica, offering magnificent views over the bay and Pakleni Islands. Your evening is free to explore more and dine on your own in one of the many restaurants.

Day 5: to Blue Cave / Bisevo, then VIS (B, L)
Early in the morning we sail to small island Biševo to visit the Blue Cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon. As sometimes weather conditions can be very unpredictable, the possibility of our visit will depend on those conditions, however you will be notified of this on the day. Cruise towards the island of Vis, once a strategic naval Yugoslav base and restricted to the public. Due to this isolation, Vis has a special charm – “the Mediterranean as it once was” making it really interesting to visit. Try some exquisite wine sorts in one of the Vis traditional wineries. If interested, visit the remains of the Roman thermal place, City museum or simply take a walk enjoying the views. Overnight in one of the ports of Vis.

Day 6: to Milna, BRAC (B, L, T)
Early morning we head towards Milna on the Island of Brač with a swim stop, weather permitting, in one of pristine bays, time to relax and lunch onboard. After lunch disembark in Milna and take a ride with us to the Olive Oil Museum where we will share with you the story of this island’s traditions and history and tasting of traditional homemade olive oil. Overnight in the town of Milna.

Day 7: to TROGIR with Split Town Tour, then to TROGIR (B, L)
In the morning, we will head towards Trogir with a stop along the way to swim and relax, if the weather permits, with lunch onboard. After docking, join a short orientation walk through this medieval city. Trogir is sometimes referred to as “miniature Venice” or a “mini-Dubrovnik” because of its ancient walls, or a “floating museum town” - as it has a masterful architecture including somestunning Venetian palaces. In the late afternoon we will take a ride to Split where you will join a guided tour of Split with and visit the seafront promenade and Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace. The historical center of the city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will see the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. Enjoy your free time in Split and explore the city on your own. After an exciting evening, we transfer you to the ship. Overnight in Trogir.

Day 8: DISEMBARK Cruise; by coach to Plitvice Lakes, then to OPATIJA (B, D)
After breakfast it’s time to disembark and bid our ship Crew farewell. We then journey north by motorcoach for a visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In Plitvice, we walk around several of the lower lakes. The Park is a natural wonder with 16 terraced lakes surrounded by wooded mountains and lush vegetation. After our visit, we drive on to Opatija where dinner is served at our hotel. Overnight in Opatija.

Day 9: by coach to Postojna Cave, then to VENICE (B, D)
After breakfast, we travel via coach to Slovenia and visit the unique and beautiful Postojna Cave, one of the largest in Europe. We tour this wondrous subterranean world by miniature electric train. Afterward, we drive on to Venice and check in to our hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure until you gather for a Farewell Dinner at the hotel with your Tour Director and travelling companions in the evening. Overnight in Venice.

Day 10: In VENICE (B)
After breakfast, we began exploring Venice with a boat ride to Murano Island, famous for its artistic glassware. Visit a glassblowing factory, where you will watch a demonstration of traditional Venetian glassblowing by master craftsmen. Then, on to St Mark’s Square for the walking tour, viewing the St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace, and enjoying views of the Bell Tower and Bridge of Sighs. The remainder of the day is at leisure to enjoy Venice at your own pace; eat, drink, shop, or join an optional gondola ride. Overnight in Venice.

Day 11: VENICE - Departure (B)
