Please fill out this form so we can complete your final travel documents, which will be sent closer to your departure date. You will receive a copy to your email address — please check it and let us know if anything is incorrect. If you’re missing some information, you can write “tba” or “n/a” and email us later with the details.

Please make sure you have proper travel insurance before you travel — and if you’re going on a cruise, make sure it specifically covers cruises. We don’t sell insurance and have no stake in which provider you use — we just want to make sure you’re covered. See our travel insurance page for tips on what to look for.
Special dietary or medical needs? Please give us as much detail as you can — food allergies, dietary requirements, medication timing, or anything else the cruise or tour company needs to know in advance. We need at least 60 days’ notice (30 days minimum) so the operator has time to prepare. Cruises and tours have set timings for breakfast, lunch and excursions, so if you need to work around those, the earlier we know the better.
