General Boarding Information for all Cruises:
On your cruise day, it’s essential to contact the Cruise Coordinator using the number provided in your ‘Cruise Contacts & Voucher’ Email before heading to the port. This will help you locate your ship’s exact dock position. You’ll find their contact details on your Voucher and Cruise Information documents. Furthermore, many coordinators are available via WhatsApp if you don’t have a local SIM card or active roaming.
Important note: Exact dock numbers are assigned only when the ship arrives at each port. Therefore, we cannot provide dock numbers in advance. You must contact your Cruise Coordinator on embarkation day to locate your ship.
When calling from your mobile, remember to dial with a plus sign (+) at the beginning, such as +385-xxxxxxxx (instead of 00385-xxxxxxxx).
