Overview
This 14-night Croatia and Slovenia cruise tour starts in Zagreb and finishes in Trogir in the Split area. The first seven nights travel through Ljubljana, Lake Bled, Postojna, Opatija, Plitvice Lakes and Split before the cruise section begins. The final seven nights are a northbound cruise that visits Hvar before Vis, adding the Dalmatian islands and coastal towns to the land itinerary.
