Overview

This Split to Dubrovnik deluxe mini cruise is a 3-night one-way leg from Trogir on a deluxe vessel, for anyone who wants the newer ships and the fuller service but has only a long weekend. It is the front half of a 7-night deluxe sailing sold separately, so the ship, crew, cabins and inclusions are the same as the full cruise. Boarding is at Marina Baotic, followed by a 14:00 departure for Hvar and a guided walking tour after arrival. Hvar has a Renaissance cathedral that kept its original tower and the oldest community theatre in Europe, founded in 1612, with the fortress above the rooftops looking out over the Pakleni islands. Trstenik follows, a working fishing village at the foot of the Dingac slopes on the Peljesac Peninsula, where the steep terraces above produce the best-known red wine in Croatia. A tasting at a local winery is followed by a heritage dinner at a local farm, with Croatian dishes made from its own produce. The last full cruising day visits Mljet National Park, where two connected saltwater lakes sit inside the park boundary and a small boat runs across to the 12th-century Benedictine monastery on St Mary Isle. After lunch on board, the vessel continues to Dubrovnik for a panoramic cruise along the city walls, dinner and an overnight in the harbour. The final morning includes a guided walking tour of Dubrovnik and a cable-car ride to Srd. Daily breakfast, lunch, selected dinners, guided activities and shared airport transfers are included, with swim stops in quiet bays. Accommodation is in a lower-deck air-conditioned ensuite cabin. Departures are Saturdays.
